How much of the work each month is actually hands on?+
Fifteen hours a month are yours to direct at SEO or site changes, and you decide where they go. The profile posting, review responses, campaign tuning and reporting sit on top of that rather than eating into it.
What happens in the first week?+
A kickoff call, then we collect brand assets and whatever access we need. Build work starts immediately, and you will know the name of the person running your account before anything goes live.
How long until the site is up?+
Most builds go live within thirty days of kickoff. A straightforward one goes faster; if yours is going to take longer, you will hear that on the first call rather than in week five.
Am I signing a contract?+
No. It runs month to month and you can stop whenever you want. We would rather keep you because the work is producing than because the paperwork says you have to stay.
When do the leads start?+
Paid campaigns can produce calls in the first week. Organic and map movement usually shows up between sixty and ninety days, which is the window our promise is written against.
Do you guarantee a number one ranking?+
Nobody can, and any agency that says otherwise is selling you something. What we will commit to is movement: three keywords up three positions inside ninety days, or the next month is on us.
Who owns the website and the accounts?+
You do. The domain, the site, the ad accounts and the Google profile stay in your name, and they leave with you if you ever decide to go elsewhere.
